This engagement involved designing, developing and implementing a high-end Asian premium player-marketing program. Activities included an intensive start-up period of initial strategic planning, the development of tactical implementation programs, and personal introductions to various Asian/Pacific Rim parties involved in this specialized market segment.

Navegante evaluated and provided recommendations to Bally's with respect to the design and layout of its facilities, policies and procedures and the overall marketing effort to international casino play. Navegante provided Bally's with a budget and elements of the marketing plan which had an economic impact on Bally's, such as agent commission rates, credit and other discounts, complimentary ratios and betting limits. The marketing plan also included such items as regular discounts, pre-payment discounts, airfare, credit limits, betting limits and other matters that are comparable to the marketing plans of other Las Vegas and Atlantic City hotel-casinos.
