Santa Ana Star

In 2004, Navegante contracted with Tamaya Enterprises Inc., Santa Ana Star Casino and Merrill Lynch to conduct a gaming assessment in connection to the successful placement of $60 million of Revenue Bonds and related financing for the Santa Ana Pueblo.

The assessment included a five-year forecast for the Santa Ana Casino, interviews with management including the General Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Casino Operations, and the Casino Manager. Navegante also conducted an assessment to determine marketing programs in place, potential for enhanced revenue in the casino, food and beverage and other outlets, employee profiles in relation to salary and benefit levels, expense controls and potential capital improvements.

Navegante plays a continuing role in providing services to the Board of Directors and management for: evaluations; master planning; long-term business planning; review of financial statements, projects, contracts, and related services.
